The Internet service provider, also known as ISP license, refers to the Internet service provider. It is a formal operation enterprise approved by the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China, enjoying the protection of relevant national laws. The ISP license is the certificate for the operation of ISP services.

According to the regulations of the people's Republic of China on telecommunications and relevant national regulations, AKO Cloud-COM Technology Limited, a subsidiary of Livecom, has been granted a trans regional value-added telecommunications business license since today. Certificate No.: B1-20190314, valid until January 29, 2024.

According to the license, AKO Cloud-COM Technology Limited is qualified to provide Internet access services to Internet users in 15 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, including Tianjin, Hebei, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Henan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Xinjiang.
