On October 28, 2020, Mr. Qin from Guangxi Hualibo Culture and Media Co., Ltd. visited the Xi'an office of LiveCom for a field visit. High-quality service, reputation, and good industry development prospects are important reasons for attracting customers to visit this time.

First, We accompanied the customer to visit the Xi'an Global Service Response Center, and explained in detail the global data monitoring center and data network management, various media source station program monitoring, Hong Kong POPs computer room dynamic monitoring, Hong Kong satellite earth station and other monitoring platforms. So customers have a comprehensive understanding of the company's various business platforms and monitoring platforms.
Afterwards, we accompanied the client to visit the office environment of Xi'an office of LiveCom, and introduced the company's corporate culture, development history and achievements to the client. Customers agree with our company's corporate culture very much. After knowing the achievements, customers gave a high evaluation of the professionalism and dedication of our company's technical staff.
Finally, we introduced the operation process of the multilingual subtitle translation platform, a self-developed project by the company for customers, from editing, translation, manual correction, to translation into other foreign languages. The subtitle extraction function of the platform also was introduced to the customer. The automatic extraction of Chinese and English film and television drama subtitles is realized through OCR technology based on artificial intelligence image recognition, the initial SRT subtitle file will be proofread, and the invalid subtitles will be deleted. During the operation demonstration process, the customer said that using the subtitle translation platform did greatly improve their work efficiency and accuracy. After the operation demonstration, the customer stated that they have strengthened their intention of cooperation after in-depth understanding of the subtitle translation platform.
