Bengkulu Project Inspection Briefing

During the project inspection of PT.TENAGA LISTRIK BENGKULU, we are committed to carry out the routine inspection and maintenance, including the customer's various systems, fault points and hidden dangers so as to improve the customer's experience, which was recognized and praised by the customers.

IPTV system:

   In this inspection, we carried out routine maintenance on outdoor IPTV antenna to prevent rust and waterproof maintenance, and on indoor related equipment, we carried out health status checking to eliminate hidden dangers in advance so that customers can use it and watch domestic programs normally.

 

Conference system:

   In this inspection, we inspected the conference system, related equipment and machine rooms routinely, ensuring that the problems can be found in advance and dealt with. Through the inspection, the overall operation of the conference system is diagnosed normal, and customers can smoothly use the conference system for meetings.

 

Wireless network system:

In this inspection, we checked the overall wireless environment and equipment in the customer's campus. Through technical means, we improved and optimized the wireless channel and related parameters wholly. As for the privately connected wireless routers, we shut down, dealt with them and configured for tuning. For weak coverage areas, we increased the deployment of wireless APs. As a result, the user perception and experience has been significantly improved, and there will be no such situation that previous wireless signal full but can not access the Internet as before.

 

Security monitoring system:

In this inspection, we repaired the faulty monitoring points. For the problem of unsynchronized camera clocks, we use the core equipment for its unified timing. After optimization, all the monitoring points have the same clock, and the monitoring is clear without delay, which greatly enhances the customer's security capability.

 

Machine room inspection and related equipment maintenance:

In this inspection, we carried out the routine inspection for the machine room and related equipment, ensuring the advance troubleshooting, and replaced the faulty equipment. For the outdoor cabinets, we performed rustproof and waterproof maintenance, so as to extend the service life of the cabinet. All in all, we improved the overall network robustness and security for the customer through this inspection.
